Jenny Tan, MD

Dr. Tan grew up in the Santa Ana area and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California San Diego, followed by a Masters of Public Health from San Diego State University. Her love of science eventually led her to medical school, where she found she could combine her passion for science with her desire to serve her community through helping others be healthy. Dr. Tan has a particular interest in women’s health.

I believe strongly in educating my patients to prevent problems before they start. When my patients have more knowledge, then we can work together to make the best decisions for their personal medical care. I chose Family Medicine because it allows me to focus on the whole patient, no matter their age or gender, and build long-standing relationships.

In her spare time, Dr. Tan enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, reading, walking, watching baseball and basketball, and eating chocolate.
